Rooms partly with pest infestation (bed bugs). Wellness area only for extra charge usable, but unclean ( mouse droppings over one week supplies). Showers better only with boots entering. Some devices ( massage Nozzles aerator etc. broken) the free sport devices were broken but for a fee you could other rent. A la carte restaurants oK, buffet restaurant rather bad. Travel guide (5 cards flight ) has only on selling trips interest, with complaints, poor reachable. Overall impression: Mexico/ Yukatan is nice, but this hotel does not fit. Read more

Since we want to remain fair the good things firstly. The rooms were of a good standard and very clean. The food was prima and the whole complex very well maintained. Nice hotel, not the worth 5 stars. clean, little long gone, until you have understood, that we really only until 15 o'clock at the beach and would be happy, the room until then was clean. This was really a great resort with a spectacular price performance ratio. The area was very extensive, but for permanent links between the various bodies with minibuses and a mini railways are taken care of.
