The room are big and on the first view well equipped, after the first shower but the whole hallway under water, electrical outlets and the bed has Lohse at each turn postponed and very uncomfortable. The duvet is a normal blanket the not once has a coating.
In the opinion of the reviewer, the operator was the hotel with 4 * but only 3 * it has specified.

the resturant was excellent never had a bad meal it was just too much having 3 course 3 times a day but that our own faults no one was making us eat it drinks were excellent too a good choice at the bars there are 3 bars to chose from and good drinks in the resturant from beer,wine,soft, hot drinks and water hotel was very clean room cleaned 6 out of 7 days and very well done too no dust any where only had a slight problem regards to the towels but reception soon got it sort out and even gave us a courtery call to check that we had got our towels while we was here my dad was celeabrating his 60th birthday the hotel was outstanding on this they made a cake, made the table up with ballons etc etc, gave us a bottle of chamange ( it was a cheap one ) the staff in the resturants were just brillant even had the lights turned down and everyone sang happy birthday when they bought the cake out with candles! - in March 11

just returned from 2 weeks in this hotel lanzarote bay, we found it very nice and clean, rooms very spacious, but not a lot of room to hang clothes especially when there are 4 of you, (so take coat hangers) , fridge in room was a bonus , the food was lovely , if you aint to fussy, can be a bit repetitive but was ok, the weather was terrible got there on the 11th of june and never saw the sun till about 6pm that happened for 5 days, then it did start coming out on the aftenoon for a few hours , but till about 1pm every day it was very cloudy and we were told this was normal , we new about the breeze but when there was no sun it was really cold in the day and impossible to sun bathe, the pool was freezing, and it when really cold on a night so you needed a good thick cardigan, it was only the weather that put us off lanzarote the hotel we would return to, the resort is very quiet, not a lot going on but there was a bar just round the corner monicas and supermarket just a bit further down, the entertainment in the hotel was really poor, not a lot going on in the day for the kids, the mini club was only for the small ones who watched dvds or did colouring, so we had to entertain our own, and on a night it was poor, had kareokes and quizes most nights but was a bit of a robble with the kids dragging chairs round, bingo every night , 2 nights a week they had a proffesional show that were good, and in the piano bar they had a singer a couple of times a week they were good and was a good atmosphere , so the entertainment was not as good as it states. - in May 10
