Borgoiano is not a hotel. It consists of 23 apartments in a beautiful location. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small kitchen and a dining/living room with fireplace. The rooms were beautifully furnished with solid furniture in Tuscan style. there was a flat-screen TVin the living room and the kitchen had a toaster, microwave, coffee-maker, and there was plenty of kitchenware.

The area is well maintained and very beautiful location. Our apartment was perhaps something badly soundproofed, otherwise but beautiful decorated and well appointed. The pool is big enough and has a very nice view you.

We go every year in the Tuscany and the residence Borgoiano was a of the most beautiful condo, the we have ever had. The resort is nestled in the mini-village Iano with an estimated 30 people. The small Piazzetta is located right next to the residence. It is a mini market, a bar, two restaurants and a church. It is very quiet in Iano and the room directly from the apartment and from the pool is spectacular in particular (direct view on volterra)!
