The hotel in general
Our Boutique Hotel emphasis comfort and excellent service to our guests and we invite them to participate in our effort to protect and respect our environment. One of our priorities is to provide continuous training to our collaborators in efficient habits to save water and electricity and to learn to respect our flora and fauna. We also do reciclying and use solar energy to heat up our water, dry our linens and towels and provide some external lighting. In addition, we have candle lights to help us in the garden and corridors.

Hotel location
We are located aproximately 5 minutes away from what is consider to be the new business area of managua, 2 minutes away from Galeria Santo Domingo, newest shopping mall and aproximately 20 minutes away from the airport. Our Hotel is located in Las Colinas neighborhood a safe and tranquil area of Managua, right next to Carretera Masaya. We are 20 minutes away from the city of Masaya and 40 minutes away from our colonial city of Granada.

Service at the hotel
We offer three types of breakfast included in the rate, taxi service to and from the airport or any other place in Nicaragua, rental car with special rates, laundry service, bar service, business center, meeting rooms, safe deposit boxes, and we can organize special tours to Masaya City and National Park Volcan Masaya, Huembes and Masaya Craft markets, visits to the old center of Managua capital destroyed by the earthquake, and visits to the colonial city of Granada. We can also arrange connection to visits to Rio San Juan, wild life reserve and clean beaches in San Juan del Sur.

Gastronomy in the hotel
Although we dont have a restaurant at the hotel, we provide a wide variety of breakfasts prepared at your own desire, and we can provide lunch and dinners with previous requests. We are strategically located very close to Galeria Santo Domingo mall which has a variety and the best restaurants in town.

Sports, entertainment and pool in the hotel
We have a large swimming pool surrounded by beautiful vegetation, buganvilias, birds and a huge rubber tree that you can enjoy during the day and at night.
We can arrange local tours designed to your needs and if you are looking for night life, we can refer Ruta Maya a place that offers live music, and various cultural activites and good food.

Hotel room/Accommodation
We have a total of 9 rooms, single, double, triple, cuadruple and suites. All of our rooms have air conditioner, fan, cable tv, wireless internet in the rooms, showers, hot water, dryer, safe security box, work table and many other amenities. Our rooms are spacious, and have large windows, some of them with balconies with views of gardens. All of our rooms are unique as they are decorated differently and distinctively with tipical Guatemalan textiles.
