The location is great (5 minutes. walk to to Promenade des Anglais, ten minutes. Train station, ten minutes pedestrian area. The hotel has a small garden where you can have breakfast or a cold beer. The double superior room is very large. We had paid extra for breakfast, not a lot of choice but if you eat, it is much cheaper than in the city. The general condition of the hotel knock me, but it was so cheap price-performance ratio ok. Please note: The soundproofing left a lot to be desired. Read more

Having stayed at the Brice Hotel on several occasions we would not class the room as a " superior double room" as for one it had no wardrobe, and the grouting round the tiles in the bathroom looked a bit jaded.
