Hotel tip top since it was already very old, but it is very very loud! We had a room to the train station and the train was heard, as he would go through the room! Even if someone from the room next door closes the, you think someone is in the room because it was so loud. We had room/breakfast, the breakfast was very good except for the coffee was undrinkable. The receptionists and gentlemen were on arrival and leaving the hotel was very friendly. In between you but the coming and going. The waiters and waitresses were very friendly. The hotel is generally looked in good condition. The heating but it seems old. The radiator in the bathroom, it is not more control and is terribly hot. Good hotel with new and old part. We stayed in the older part and very very happy with our stay. Guests were rather a bit older (55+)and quiet. About ten minutes biszur centre of Colmar. Despite direct proximity to the station quiet. Read more

Professional Front Desk. Flowing German. Complaints (air conditioning) was within a short (30 minutes) done
Rooms are spacious, tidy and clean. As well as the bathroom. The restaurant with a Michelin-award is excellent, as you get a lot for the price also 'look' can.

Top hotel, right next to the train station. In the centre of Colmar, past at numerous attractions, about five minutes. All the great food and l'Auberge is highly recommended! Great quality, great service. Nowhere else do we feel comfortable!
Spa area was very highly recommended, everything was new and stylish made, although relatively small, in other words, if more than six people on the ground are there are the enduring problems!
Another tip regarding the parking. Parking at the hotel is 15 €per day expensive.

Can you believe it? At least we got the parking offered for free by the manager, which won't change our decision not to book any Best Western again, we have been disappointed by that chain too many times in so many places :-((
