Pleasant aspect, seemed in need of updating. B&B stay plus DB&B first night. Has meeting room, internet access etc. Seemed to be only families there at time, including several long stay - top floor was apparently self catering or similar.
Old and tired decor in bedrooms, public areas much better - painter working on decorating stairs etc. Rooms not cleaned very well daily, comfortable bed, very odd collection of old cheap furniture, no hair dryer, safe or bar.
