The first impression counts mostly. In particular smile coupled with friendliness and zuvorkommenheit, besides the high costs, you already have the half board in a four star hotel wrapped, the matter-without the adage' the guest always comes first' auszureizen.

We are really excited, very warm welcome and also vacation very comfortable, just at home. Small but fine hotel with beautiful comfort oasis to unhitch after skiing. Food was very varied and well, have nothing negative to say. 100% recommendation, also pricewise not too expensive. We will definitely go back, and then right friends! Read more

Once again a great vacation in a relaxed families-ski atmosphere. Even the children (9.8 years) felt like at home and were greeted by all the employees treated like children's! Great hotel management, great, dedicated staff! Relax! Always great service, if the children even number because of fatigue, the staff brought even the kids go to bed without fanfare, you won't have a good night--history in Austrian slang to hear.
