The hotel has a Bumas for the category of three stars landscaped and large garden. Pools and room size are more than adequate. Beach and shopping. Unfortunately there are fault the service ( employees friendliness at breakfast), the organization ( the towels, etc. ) and the cleanliness ( breakfast etc. ). The condition of the room could be improved significantly by some bits (mildew etc. ). Overall, we were a little disappointed by the fact that by little effort a clearly could be better results, therefore only partly recommendable. Read more

Luckily we were only 1 week in this hotel. This hotel is really not recommendable. The bedding smells very, very uncomfortable, musty! Otherwise we were always clean bed sheets, since we had already had on 1 Had to complain about the day dry cleaning and laundry. Rooms were so far in order. 1 X we had no water, had to complain about 3 times. Otherwise there was a very unpleasant custom-early in the morning the pool chairs at the pool with towels, almost angetackert! I've never experienced on our Asienreisen! We spent two weeks in the 3 star hotel "Bumas" in Bali. As we are not spoiled, we thought we were this hotel was fine for us. It but is more like 2 star. In the rooms paint peeling off the walls, the towels are not white anymore but dark gray, it does not always hot water for showering, and the breakfast was also very easily arranged. The hotel has a beautiful garden area, Bumas need them but also from and to care. The rooms were ok, TV, air-conditioner were functional and good. There was a safe at the front desk. The towels are dry cleaning and laundry but an impertinence. We are not picky, but it didn't work. The food in the restaurant you have to see zweigeteielt. A very poor and especially early uninspired dish, with an evening menu served was prepared fresh and tasty. So if you want to book Bumas I would book without meals. My rating Redirect I at all, the hotel have read bad reviews. We were two time of staying at the Bumas, since many "sloping" people and will be back again only Bumas. The hotel is not the Hilton but you knew that beforehand. The staff is pleasant and effort. This is a real place to relax. Read more

The hotel is well placed for all the facilities in Sanur, just off the main drag, which sheilds it from any traffic noise in the resort.

booked Bumas for 18 nights ,only managed to stay 1 night due to the state of the room dark , musty,dirty sheets,grey towels that were white 10 years ago,a so called breakfast that was uneatable,we checked in at 4pm and checked out at 9am the following morning,the only reason we stayed that long was we had been travelling for 27hours to get there , the only good point about the Bumas was the lovely gardens

Bali is a lovely place and this was our second visit in 2 years but we found that even buying a coffee in the hotel was as expensive as buying a meal in the surrounding café's We will be visiting Bali again because we love the people and the island but will definitely not be staying in the Bumas again.

We were shown to our rooms, one ground level, the other on the 1st floor both looked over well kept gardens and one of the 2 swimming pools.
