The hotel lies very good right on the Canal e Grande and only 5 minutes of the train station and bus station away.
From the outside looks the hotel very run-down. The view from our windows in the room right in the backyard with a view of the approximately 4 meters away walls. The size of the room was despite providing bed OK and the bathroom right spacious. The cleanliness in the bathroom was acceptable. Against had the blankets for some time cleaning seen. ... painted it is a bit'nice' to make, it made but also not better. When we only had a comforter but apparently already longer not washed was. We used our brought Bath sheet for cover. The bathroom was mildewed and was before our arrival not cleaned.
the staff at reception were very taciturn, it was only the coerced spoken.
Absolutely not recommendable.
the breakfast was scant, the coffee totally burned. The plate with the( only) sausage stood in the sun.
The location was great, right on the Canale Grande and opposite from the train station. Read more

The hotel is located across the street from the train station, there is no better location for a hotel in Venice.HCLFHLThe hotel itself is very rundown and ailing. Extreme mold in the bathroom.
