After we had booked, we have read the reviews... But we were surprised in a positive way. The room was always clean. The food was always a great variety and diversity of food and beverage choices. Room for three was a bit small, but OK for sleeping ., staff in all areas was helpful and very friendly, program/entertainment but mainly for tourists from Italy voted.
