We were very often at ballermann, always in other three star hotels and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, if you don't have high expectations.
The location was absolutely top. in the second row, only three minutes walk to the beach. The well-known places as riu Palace, mega park etc. could be in 10-20 minutes walking distance.
What we loved about the hotel was, that despite its proximity to the peace and quiet to be had. So if you want to sleep at night time, could do well in this hotel. No noisy teenagers or similar
