We stayed five nights in this hotel. During the check in we have already feast, that the staff extremely friendly and helpful is. There were no complications or Missverstände, since the staff of the hotel good German languages. The rooms are very clean. With a balcony and lake view. Really great. the hotel presented itself in a very good, clean state. Rooms recently renovated, for a double room, large, plenty of storage space in clean built-in cupboards with enough clothes hangers. For 4-star category is missing mini bar/ fridge!

On the whole we were satisfied. A few things bothered us: if you have a room in Villa Eden, it can be a bit of an inconvenience. Elevator high, about 150 meters along a course to another lift. 150 meters is not too far away, but it can be annoying, for example, if you stayed in the main building and have forgotten something, which can be a pain.
