The hotel is located directly on the harbor of Madalena, you have a beautiful view to all sides. In September was not a lot going on. If you're looking for quiet and wish to explore the island, this is the place to be. It is very centrally located the ferry terminal to the other islands is just across the street, the car rental is next door. Read more

Who to large expectations, will be pleased with this hotel. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Disturbed us, as with flaws were handled. So work the whole week the fridge and tv, although this was reported the front desk several times. Read more

We have booked a trip booked three island in a week and were satisfied with the hotel on Pico. we had a rental car and drove a lot. Will definitely go back to the Azores travel. Restaurant "my sweet Pico" was very good, but there were only open on Saturdays and Sundays Read more

We went last year in September for 2 weeks on Pico in this hotel. We stayed in one of the rooms in the new extension and this was spotless facilities, which are modern and clean. Unfortunately the view is facing the courtyard/parking lot is a little built up. The annex was just finished, what you for example. noticed that the front desk moved during our stay. It was on the street etc. still under construction but the noise was not intrusive. The breakfast was in order and delicious, but with little variation. We only used the pool once used.... Read more

As the flight to Ponta Delgada canceled, we were greeted by the SATA this one. Access to the hotel you have to take a street behind the hotel, which makes it pretty suspect. The elevator access is difficult - may be due to the creating the cultivation of the hotel. No restaurant. Staff at the reception not always foreign speaking. Read more
