This hotel has allegedly four stars. This is a big joke. I would give not more than two stars. After one night we left, the room (apartment) in as very poor condition, especially the bathroom was unacceptable. There were only Russians and Englishmen in the hotel. It was a very nice hotel. Is annoying, that the beach about 2 kilometer away. Although there is a hourly shuttle, but they are usually very crowded, which in the case of extreme superb. The main building to the rooms are very difficult, as you have to walk up a slope. Stiffness in the first days inclusive! Moreover, in the hotel spoke no German and only little English. Beautiful hillside resort, but due to the many stairs not
For the handicapped suitable plant with lots of flair. The hotel management is clearly trying, " " The trend to stop. The earlier described chaotic situation does not give it any longer. Everything is well organized and the still very young staff has learned a lot.

The location of the hotel was a dream. The beach was great, but the room was a disaster. Mold in the shower, no ceiling lamp, wall lamp wackelte all in all, the room looked like they would remember the furniture. The furniture was old and worn. This room did not deserve four stars!!! Not a family friendly hotel complex, too many stairs. Slides were extremely dangerous for children and adults, the staff was friendly. Food was OK, hotel area hardly any shopping and bars. Location to the beach with the shuttle service that takes off, go to the beach. Rather for people who need rest. Read more
