Overall the hotel was okay, were it not for the details, I do not recommend this hotel. As a family we had booked two rooms, one room was only a half hour after our arrival ready cleaned. The entertainers/sellers were very pushy, we were always addressed, even though we had said, that we didn't want to. The Badezmmer was not very clean: the holder was yellowish and the taps of rust and lime crusty. The food was not very varied, there was almost every day the same thing, except for a few exceptions. No drinks in the room, no fridge. The beach was never cleaned. Beach chairs and umbrellas in bad Zuschtand and too little. Aquapark against fees. Only one sort of sausage AmFrühstück of meat in sufficient quantity. Very poor Koctels. Ice cream and snacks to offer and rarely. Wine from pitcher sometimes watered down. This hotel is especially due to the very good and varied animation to be recommended. Every evening the entertainment crew surprised with a new show. Visitors are invited to join the Programme active style.
Very good child care in the kids club. Large rooms always clean and tidy. Outside of the programme, there are still plenty of activities against appropriate payment. Read more

For someone, which is the only power vacation the hotel is not suitable as there were more families or couples. Found it, in spite of everything, really nice ☺

The Animation team go out of their way to make you feel very comfortable, they work long hours generally 9:30 till early hours, they also escort you down to the disco if you wish and they all speak english, they even remember who is english/scotish/welsh so no mistakes there, if I had small children I would have no problem letting them join in with the kids club, Paolo,Asma are great with the children Heres to the animation team, Tariq, Willy, Bisha, Sabrina,Rio and Santa The shop staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing was to much trouble, so thank you Ali,Khadija Overall I enjoyed my holiday and would have no problem recommending this resort to friends and family.

But breakfast was potatoes, courgettes, tomatoes and pancakes every single day; dinner was chicken bones in yellow water with hard rice or pickled salad, or beef or something that look like that, could not tell with sliced potato again every day the same.
