Hotel Caribbean World Gammarth - Dar Naouar Fiesta/Dar Nawar

The hotel could be good, unfortunately it lacks of cleanliness! The staff was unfriendly and not motivated. Only after multiple requests our room was cleaned well, towels every second day we had picked up at the reception! The dining room was dirty and the food was cold! The path to the beach was a bit dangerous, as the wooden planks and every day more you could get hurt! After we had booked the recommendation for this hotel. 37% 51% at the hotel but its four stars and was offered we surprise us, because we have no bad experiences with its had made. Unfortunately we were instructed a better. We found a very dated area. Everywhere there were cracks in the facades and paint peeling. the paths were provided with enormous-one of ' faltering edges. So, the room was very dirty, bathroom had moldy shower curtain, completely verkeimte corners and fixtures, shelves were very dusty, there were stained sheets and blankets provided. We didn't have a safe in the room there was a fridge available. Cleaning of the room was sprayed with chlorine, towel change so, time Sunday.! Whole area was very dirty, no trash no ashtrays, just begging. The hotel has seen better days (maybe ten years ago) and made a neglected impression (a new coat of paint, around cables etc.). The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, lunch and dinner was Sunday unfortunately too few seats in the bar area. The room was clean, but the location can't say.
