we had a small Condado lagoon villa- however booked the Hilton Caribe. The room was really great. The view of the sea a little different than expected. The Hilton is located about 20 minutes hike away from the old town. A bus drove almost right in front of the door (50 cents) per person. For us it was the typical Hilton standard of chain. The service was excellent. We were allowed our room until 2:00 P. M. keep, as we had to then go to the cruise port. Completely problemand free! We stayed 1 night in this 'Hotel ', but which didn't deserve its name.
We had a room with a deluxe garden view and had a view of the lower roofs where garbage Hotel. So it was not a nice sight.
The long hallways of the hotel were totally dirty and trays from other guests were throughout the day in front of their rooms.
The floor of our room was totally dirty.
The minibar was empty and was never close, as something that was broken.
The door frames were old and partly rusted.

No bathrobe, no slippers; safety deposit box available not, the promised technician never came; beach staff chewing gum and a wide yeah is rather lower austria! I got in several attempts only once an umbrella (itself was not allowed take) and this also only, because suns Resi final ducks with regard to human resources development is used.
Right on the first evening we got in the bar with two cocktails to much deducted and the second day was missing (abgezählten) two of my shirts.

Great location right on the sea front, multiple pools, private beach, hammocks. Bus station about 300 meters away to old San Juan, room Category Junior suite has outstanding views of the coast. Balcony door did not open, room was so dated, ref did not work, and just a few things, housekeeping did not come the first night, toliet overflowed 2 X in a week, balcony had view of lower rooftop, best buy was there and bars were reserved for them only, key was deactivated 3X and no explanation and staff was so rude.
