we were welcomed in a friendly manner and got a room with balcony. The room, clean, nice and practically equipped. Elevator goes up to the third floor. We lived on the fourth floor, room number 401.
breakfast was good, however daily right! Eggs, Bacon, juices, muesli, water. Bread/rolls be at the table serves. One day we were hard rolls serves, after complaint they were immediately for freshly baked exchanged.

Wonderful quiet place ideal to relax and unwind, only a few steps away right in the center of Santa Croce and the public transport (trains vaporetto and) also nice restaurants and ice cream parlors at great prices (not overpriced as often as they claim).
