Due to the very good location quite attractive. The building and rooms are average.
Clean, spacious rooms. Average decor and appeal. Facing the street outward-facing rooms are nothing for sensitive as there are often boisterous Pubbesucher traveling.
Front desk was friendly and efficient. The room service was unfortunately perfunctory and forgot to empty our trash for example. I have to say i was also dissappointed with the spa facilities - I maybe slightly different in the fact that both my partner and I are members of a private health club with fantastic spa facilities so we are used to amazing facilities - we couldnt get in the jacuzzi as there were already 3 people in there and I would have felt very uncomfortable squeezing in and the pool had 5 people in and that was also a squash - we used the steam room and sauna and that was it.
