Within the ring road of Amsterdam, Hotel Casa 400 will open its doors in spring 2010. The new 3 star hotel is under construction at this very moment. The hotel will offer 520 comfortable rooms, a restaurant, bar, 13 conference rooms accommodating approximately 800 guests, and an indoor garden. Casa 400 is centrally located, easy to reach by car or by public transport and it is ideal for business guests as well as tourists. By car, the A10 ring road is within easy reach, only 3 minutes away. Amsterdam Amstel station is a mere 3 minute walk away. Public transport will take you to the heart of Amsterdam within 10 minutes. The hotel will also have an underground car park.

Pens, noteblock, peppermints and ice water are available in all rooms at no extra cost. Very modern, clean hotel, perfect for a short stay
Value for money is great, very peaceful location, comfortable beds, flat screen
Hair dryer was in room not available, but at front desk we could without problems borrow up to day of departure

In general, this is a good hotel, unfortunately we were with the system (you feel like you're in a high-security wing) and the staff not entirely agree. We travel a a lot and have certainly already some hotels, but this was especially due to of the staff not convinced. As with arrogance, control and ignorance opposite criticism is not far. Furthermore the condition of the water supply for shower, washbasin etc. bad, even after multiple complaints what (also other guests) has not been amended. Read more

A nice and clean hotel. The room was really great, only the shower had probably on the sixth floor not more enough pressure. The breakfast could have been a bit varied can be. But has nevertheless very good.
in the immediate vicinity unfortunately, there was no options for shopping. Solely on train station (3-minute walk from the hotel), there was a food store. Apart from that the stay very good. Read more
