The Finca is just recommended only with restrictions, one may definitely not 4 stars like in a hotel expect. Location and a certain' Canarian charm' are OK ( you must have a car on the ground ). The furnishings and especially the cleanliness but to desire. We inhabited an on the first floor. The carpet in the living room was so dirty, that you only with shoes to apply like. If you are looking for a quiet family holiday and looking, is right at home here. The journey from the airport South and for excursions a car is essential. With accommodation and meals there is nothing to complain about. The Finca in the middle of a banana plantation is located very close to Puerto de la Cruz, in the village there are supermarkets for food during the day. We were more than disappointed after our arrival; despite written notification our arrival was no one on site. Apartment was dirty, bathroom had mold and it went through all türritzen. A move from the 'garden' has the situation not improved in the main building. The re-establishment of the banana plan days (November 2010-) is with a lot of noise and the associated restaurants. The pool was unfortunately very cold, only what for the hardcore. Nearby, little quaint, all in Baufase to /. Building good condition, something loud, quiet location, unfortunately little sunshine in winter. Shopping in the village walk to the price performance ratio not OK. We have a quiet accommodation looked for and found. Everything is very family to. The Finca has six different apartments. All have living room, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom in different sizes (depending on the number of residents). It is to each apartment a small outdoor patio, a rooftop addition.
