We were very disappointed with the Casa granda. We were offered a suite, smelled strongly after ungewarteter air conditioning. The smell could beat then only the elevator, with which one because of the klemmenden door had always fear, not escape. The curtains in the room were sticky, only poorly cleaned it. ... it was, as far as it went, clean. Our room was facing the side street, , at the Casa de la Tova (house of singing trova-). The whole day there is music until late into the night and deep singing. Hear is great, well worth a visit. We had the full enjoyment, as there are no indoor or outdoor window of the room were correct upwards, no sleep possible before midnight because of the noise! The hotel is the first and best house at the place. On the roof is a huge terrace, it also the breakfast is served on the panoramic terrace on the city with a. The hotel is located right in the heart of santiago de Cuba. From there you can walk to the city prima explore, historic buildings and it is also reche Salsabars number in the vicinity.
The view from the roof terrace, on which you also can is especially at sunset stunning breakfast!
The room smelled something musty, were but large and clean. Be careful, not all of the room have also really window.
Below the hotel are two computers with Internet connection it. Their use is however liable to pay the costs.
