We were there in November and bars near the hotel are pretty good. The room was very clean and large, but unfortunately also very dark. Bathroom very good. Room service was good. A beautiful garden and a gorgeous view. In the neighboring town good shopping possibilities. Actually, what we hope for a successful vacation. Actually... Negative was the poor service. A nice country hotel in a very quiet location. You are dependent on a rental car. I would recommend it for a maximum of two stay, because otherwise you had to long journeys. To mention the very large outdoor terrace of the restaurants and a nice pool. Read more

We were horrified by so much dirt in the room, the bedding was soiled. The bathroom strewn with hair. The electrical outlets many from the wall. The closet smelled of mildew-unusable.
The tv didn't work. The breakfast table we had to set up our own, dirty dishes.
According to the hotel description balcony, that it was a French balcony is not mentioned. The staff was very rude, we were not told that coffee and drinks on the terrace can get. Read more

The location of the hotel was stunning location at the slope with view of the sea and the Teide. The peace, we were looking for, was unfortunately not in the next, as several dogs in the neighborhood with barking didn't bother! Otherwise, the area was absolutely great.
