Room 2219. Large apartment in very poor condition. Kitchen damp, fridge rusty. Cleaner from the walls chipped. Hooks and drawers broken. Bath tub rusted and broken. All bedroom to the inner courtyard and so guaranteed noise day and night. Cleaning lady was very thorough, but what was broken remained so!
Staff very hard, but can also not much help. Urgently renovation necessary.
Only Saving Grace: in the basement direction beach was a very good tapas bar, with very pleasant staff and super delicious spanish specialties! Read more

... nice staff, close to the city center.... This hotels name is Suite Hotel Elba Castillo San Jorge & Antigua. We just thinking to get back again as soon is possibile. Themperature were something about 22C., and it was and of January.

The hotel is very run down and needing a longer period of modern outline. The rooms were not cleaned, there were only made the beds. Soap in the shower not made and towels, the plants on the soil, just put the Bd. The two beds pushed together double bed, slid apart from certain activities. The food was inedible, we had half board and we ate only once dinner there. My conclusion: the hotel is not worth the money! Read more

Room was spacious but very dirty, have never been cleaned properly. The complex was in need of renovation. The staff was very friendly, but that if you gave them a tip. Location directly on the sea..20 min. footpath to the beach was about what we didn't bother. At the pool we could not because all the beach chairs were occupied with towels. Pools were dirty. This hotel disappointed us. Our room was not clean, in the bathroom, there were hair from the previous person to find, cracks in the tiles and mold on the sink, as well as in the shower. Unfortunately our expectations were disappointed with this hotel:The soups and many other courts were for our taste a little too much salt dryer, some of the food were too long (for example, fish), other (potatoes, meat) cook, there were every day theme days called (for example Italian, Chinese, Canarian, Spanish, barbecue), but the offered dishes were always the same and therefore we missed the variety.
