We knew that no German was spoken in the hotel, you had to arangieren - there is actually a little word Tour Operator. After a complaint we had our great room - lounge with kitchenette + two bedroom - really great. Cleanliness and friendliness of all the staff was okay. The boss under us with family and the same food all. We hope he found better than us!
