Rather inkompetentem front desk we were surprised at the total views from our balcony. We had view of the sea-it was worth it. The view of the yacht-, recreational craft and ferry terminal (including cruise ships) and the cathedral to Playa de Palma was great during the day and night, would definitely recommend. The hotel has a great view of the Bay of Palma.
You have a direct view of the yacht and cruise port and the city's famous Cathedral and La Seu. The Hotel lies on a hill, but by a free hotel-own underground elevator makes this effort.
On the right hand side from the hotel to the cruise port is nearby the huge shopping centre with shops like Zara PI Potro, Accessorize, mango, Jack & Jones, Douglas, New York, bars, ice-cream parlors, shoe shop, a huge supermarket and much more. We had a room to the land side. Everything was OK. The only complain about what to is, are the bad and saggy mattresses.
Bathroom is in good condition.
Breakfast buffet was great the magnificent views.
Connection with the bus to the beach and no 3 the city is very good and reasonably priced. (Per person you pay only 1.25 )

Breathtaking view on the Marina. Room with sea view necessarily (May 15 surcharge) take. Upgrade on suite for 50/day more very recommended (50 sqm balcony and jacuzzi in the bathroom!), but the other room are also good. Breakfast tasty. Food in snack bar average. Until about 15 minutes to the Paseo maritimo to foot. Easy bus connection to Palma city in about ten minutes. Nice staff. Outdoor pool something cold. Indoor pool and jacuzzi. The absolute highlight of the hotel is the view over Palma and the harbor! So if you chose this hotel for you have to make more than avail, sea view room a! The room is very large and has all the facilities you need. The pool and the indoor pool is unfortunately very small. But the pool has a beautiful view over the harbor. The only problem is, is that it not quite Central. 30 to 45 minutes to foot. The taxi costs about six euro but beware the taxi drivers were very skilled to a little more money to come.
