We were very pleased with this hotel. It was by far the best hotel we had in the Caribbean. We can recommend it with a clear conscience. As we were on the August/September our vacation spent had, it was not so crowded. There was no waits at the meals and at the beach we could find where we wanted to be. The service was very good to the smallest detail. The food was great, the room very clean and the staff was very friendly. A dream. What more could you ask for. We recovered good, were with our reservation in this hotel fully satisfied. Read more

A completely beautiful hotel area. In a quiet location. Great staff, great food and drinks, great beach but also super mosquitoes, small but fine. If you want to undertake, as shop, dancing in the Coco Bongo bar with Showeilagen or anywhere else you want to go out for food, is about 15-20 minutes and in two 1.50-, -€ in Playa del Carmen. There was actually something for everyone. Of course, you can also in the hotel disco dancing, or the pool party let go. The staff was very friendly the beach was cleaned twice a week from seaweeds, the sea water glassclear. Fine Sand Caribbean. German was hardly spoken only Spanish and English. We enjoyed our vacation very good. Read more
