so, we stayed in the time from 10,01.-31 January 2012 and we couldn't complain at all. The hotel was totally chic, the people moving friendly and culinarily we could complain. Four times daily you could eat and the quality was totally reasonable; our room, as well as the complex in the entire was clean and wonderful, we can frankly bad criticism in many respects, because we don't understand really completely satisfied with everything there former and if you want more in such countries hotel with more star! The hotel was actually not bad, it would be the descriptions in the catalogs. Of renovated rooms there was nothing to see. The check-in process was superb. The window were partly not correctly, it smelled musty. The hotel is split as slowly but surely. You could for sure more from it, with its maintenance. Cleanliness was OK. Average age of the guests was between 45-60.

the hotel is is located direct at the beach, but you should be a good swimmer its, as it is in the surf and kite area. Beach chairs and pool chairs were always enough, the staff at any time helpful and friendly. The animation team is nice but not pushy, you can take the offered activities and the evening entertainment is great, changes every evening. No staff saw only spoke Spanish
