Hotel Cemsa Sunparadise/Syedra Princess Beach

The Staff understands only Turkish and very unfriendly. The cleanliness of the room wasn't't available. Cleaning force comes only every two days and is finished in ten minutes. There are towels only every three days and really clean they are not. The bathrooms are mildewed, mountings calcified and not drain-or what should be-it stank. The fridge dirty. In the closet was not cleaned by the customers. Just disgusting and we bought own detergent and micro towels. The food was cold, little choice and all three days the same. But after three days... the hotel has its stars in no case deserves... It is schmutizig and in need of renovation, the staff is not in a position to understand the guests in contrary. Several rooms I have seen and I was offered the room self-cleaning, if not in the State. Why I booked a hotel? Read more
