The hotel is very conveniently located, and is easy to be reached from Liverpool Street station, the Tower is just a few steps away. The front desk, check-in and check-out was smooth and quick, the staff was very friendly, but only English was spoken. The room was clean, the bar was well stocked, breakfast was excellent ( we had booked English breakfast - and the includes everything) and very plentiful, the juices delicious. This is a typical British hotel. The rooms are spread over four floors, there is an elevator. Already at reception you see the English atmosphere in this hotel, I found very pleasant, just something different. We had booked this hotel including breakfast, price-performance ratio was absolutely okay. The entire hotel made a very clean and neat impression. The guests came from different countries, however, that is a city hotel probably normal.

We spent 3 days in London and the hotel only used as a crash pad. From the breakfast, which offered standard, it must be as German, do not expect too much. The hotel only had coffee/tea and toast with jam. This is in England but normal. For the so-called continental breakfast should you £15 per person. Pay.
