Rude front desk, the room (fortunately the courtyard) reeked of smoke it was bad. Hotel was crowded, so that there are no seats at the breakfast no coffee. Tables were dirty and unfriendly staff. Good morning, no staff can tell the house. The boss at the reception has a tone so messy, awful on all the recruits stand at attention would leave. Service? What Service? The hotel Chas alla is shown with a restaurant, but then as bistro with mini food turned out. At the Check-in and check-out is one flat. The whole hotel smells like an old smokers-pub. We had a double room booked,
the room was in a in need of renovation Condition. The double bed had two different blankets, the windows were several squashed Flies and behind the radiator among them, more burned out Cigarette butts. If you (on Kassel-tourist) ordered a non-smoking room, so you will be punished by this (1. Two miles from the city center train station wilhelmshöhe direction away, you will find the hotel alla Chas, directly on the busy Wilhelmshöher Avenue. This modern hotel has 44 rooms are decent. To be highlighted were the free parking spaces in the underground car park and the acceptance of pets without extra charge.
