Hotel as a whole very pleasant. Very friendly and courteous people at the front desk. Staff restaurant/breakfast should be a bit more friendly. The Herr Ober didn't reply to our 'Guten Abend' on the first night..just snatched up our free drink coupons and left..In the restaurant afterwards it was v difficult to order drinks from him. This ruined our arrival for us. Unfortunately the first meal was pretty bad..turkey slices like an institution then icecream. We wanted to cancel our halfboard but would only get back CHF 20 which wasn't enough to eat out on without losing a lot of money. Basic Hotel, not really centrally located. For St. Moritz in the public bus, which runs every hour, about 20 minutes. Very friendly and family Handling therefor in the hotel itself!
