Impressive hotel with very interesting architecture and design. Main building (lobby, main restaurant, ...) not in the centre of the hotel-complex. Very clean hotel. Mainly couples and families.
We had ultra-all inclusive.
Great view on sea, close enough to main building. TV, terrace, minibar, telephone, tea pot, air-conditioning.
Our cleaning staff was just great, with great sense of humor.
Service always trying to help and find solution for problems. Staff speaks mainly English and Russian, but also German, Italian.

After Christmas, we have, in turn, 2009 in this hotel Christmas spent! In relation to our last stay we found the service (also without tips) much better and fast! The leisure activities on offer were very good and we had never problems with the stomach ice cream. The staff were always make an effort uS to offer a great service. Warning if anyone could not handle with Russian tourists, he should avoid this hotel, since some 90% of the guests from. We would book this hotel right away again and let ourselves be spoilt there. The hotel is just excellent, it has so much fun, I would recommend to go back. The food was always great, there was always something for everyone. It is always clean it was cleaned or former... We can't complain kernerlei or complain about anything. The waiters were always friendly and were always there if you need something... The sea was super excellent and the beach anyway... The activities for kids are very bad: pool for children first after complaint heated, kids club only with a defective material. The paths are only with a hard surface, which won only liberate the water with ropes, partly not available. All in all very high risk of injury for children. The food is okay, but not much variety. I and my husband have been to Azur for our honey moon, the hotel is amazing rooms are all sea view and very clean, resturant is very good, food is of high quality, service is also good, yet we didnt enjoy, the hotel has a wonderful swimming pool which i decided to enjoy my day in with my husband .

News flash though they have an internal bus (Taf Taf) that goes around the resort all day (Be ware of the rest hours though it is written at the bottom of the instruction page ;p For a 5 starts hotel the service was not as much, the houskeeping don't bring shampoo, soap, and the normal stuff you find in any other 5 stars hotel.

One thing I really liked was that they built a small harbor, which provides a great boardwalk area for the resort, plus a protected swimming area (great for kids or for practicing your snorkeling).

Beach, sea, pool the beach is not quite standard, it is not quite familiar sandy beach (it's at the Royal bathing or swimming in the lagoon) but not with the reef pontoon-like in a hotel next door here to see prices ryf, to a depth of order "metrdvadtsat" aligned technique and divided into sections of the breakwaters harvested coral blocks in this area, people bodit and examines intermittent fish, and then float over the coral.
