My brother and I stayed here recently, and really enjoyed our stay. The owner was really helpful and went out of his way to assist us with various things. We stayed in a twin room, with amazing views of Qala'at Ibn Maan, and the roman ruins. The hotel itself is a 2 minute walk from the entrance to the ruins! Breakfast was mediocre, but there are many great restaurants nearby. The rooms were really clean, and the water was piping hot, despite it being winter! I'd definitely stay here again if I went back to Palmyra. Read more

family-owned, good price, very very nice & helpful owners & staff, food is not that fancy but ok. Room on upper floors with view are good. Bed, pillow, sheet, toilet are clean. The noice at intersection might be disturbant but compensated by good view of Palmyra & citadel at night. There's air conditioning & heater and also toilet paper! Next two blocks located a good tasty restaurant called Cassimia offering traditional Syrian cuisine & narglijeh. Read more
