The very good location in a nice Minutenzu street a few minutes walk from beach, old town, bus, train station, attractions and the favourable price surge some defects on. The avenues des Fleurs is a beautiful road between the promenade (about NEGRESCO height), and the Russian Cathedral. at the corner is a nice Park. Supermarket with a large selection on the away from the beach. Us was the kitchen to cook, it was everything there! If you walk for ten minutes, one finds also many restaurants. On arrival the excitement followed a big disappointment. The rooms (3. Etage,4 persons) were spacious but in a very bad condition. The furniture in both rooms were very old and very worn. The kitchen was as such unusable. No coffee maker or at least a kettle. No towel change or cleaning during our stay. Mildew in the bathroom and the light over the mirror was about to fall off.
