We had booked the Ciutat de Mallorca over for a overnight to a cruise and were with the hotel satisfied so far. Good for 20, - one drives with the taxi from the airport directly to the hotel, which is located high above the port of Palma de Mallorca. Right next to the hotel it a bus stop, from where you can go with the bus to the center of Palma drive can.
Check-in and check-out were easy, the staff to assist with questions and were for example tips, where you can find specific Spanish restaurants.

Average hotel with bad management. first room had no cold water, risk of scalding. second room to change air conditioning noisy and dirty (blower dusts, smells). It was very loud on the street. Had the feeling, it would buses through the room and the taxi drivers were so loud and the the gepiepe taxis was anything but pleasant. In the garden you could not in peace at the pool, since most of the time facilities on the roofs of the hotel were on the run.
