The only positive at this hotel is the central location. apart from that shows the hotel dilapidated. In August 2011 was the lobby/ the entrance area because of a water damage with Bauwänden cluttered.
the booked room was not to use. Against supplement I have a 'suite' in a nebentrakt booked. I got a 2 room room in the backyard. A damaged not closing window was despite repeated instruction not repaired. the bathtub was for me as 180 centimeters great man is not usable, since a pitch built. The service was tried several times the e-card for the closing body of a much to small restaurant to configure new (each day), never mind the are two elevators to it every time to the reception to go and to express its displeasure. Parking are scarce and also we had to leave our bikes in a narrow free course at the rear of the hotel in the free parking! Thank god for three days it has not regenreichen including catering also sufficient! Read more

The room was like a shoe box, the bed is very narrow, but all the soft... Height 1.90 meters in the bathroom, shower only with unscrewed shower head mgl , as it was calcified bad.
Breakfast a disaster, battle to a free space (dirty), selection of the food was very well arranged. Dinner thankfully declined.
Definitely not worth four stars! The location alone speaks for the hotel, nothing else. Read more

At the time of booking we had ordered an extra large room, it was but extremely small. Due to the complaint was offered us a something larger with single beds. Only when it to late was we noticed, that the room has no air, the air conditioning is a joke (the Windows go to a covered patio, serves as a dining room) the bathroom can be described as such and not has also does not have its own ventilation.
