Hotel Cleopatra Palace

It was a pure relaxing vacation. The hotel completely corresponded to our expectations. Steamed peaceful atmosphere, fabulous breakfast and right on the beach promenade in Playa de las Americas. The entertainment and child care found in the pertinent neighboring hotel instead, so that by the pool no one bothered. The audience well maintained and quiet, all age groups, international, English, northern and Eastern Europe and little German. At the front desk I very impolitely and incompetently treated. Why we never again will be! Beware of payments in cash! Always acknowledge, if one on the closing statement not everything twice pay want! Also were on the management accounts drinks, which we never ordered! Lunch blasts the animation program the neighboring hotels a tremendous volume to the hotel (program, gymnastics, etc.). Very annoying and unnecessary noisy! The Cleopatra Palace hotel is a very large, therefore rather impersonal hotel. The rooms are good, but the furniture was a bit getting old. We had a room with a South East orientation, and it was very noisy Bie 11:30 P. M., as in the opposite restaurants always live. Music played and you even in the case closed Could hear door.
