Our worst vacation ever! Total Disappointment! We booked a five stars hotel and we got very little! The two pools much too cold for swimming! Beach without Gehb efes tigung, no sunshades. No cushions on the RELEX pool or very disgusting conditions for the pool and beach. We wanted to warm up in the indoor pool, but it was nothing! Everything Was Freezing Cold! In the whole hotel there were no coffee spoons and forks cake! Glasses and Porzellantassen scarce! Grounds clean, all other areas such as the lobby, bars, restaurant left a lot to be desired. 99% Russian guests! The furniture has seen much better days, as well as the bathroom.
