We had an outstanding week at Gelina Village. The staff are all really friendly lead by their smiley, sociable village manager. There is a huge range of activities to take part in, day and night. The pools are big and beautiful with lots of loungers surrounding them. The food is plentiful and delicious. Archaravi village is a 5 min walk away from the resort, where opportunities for day trips can be found. We fully recommend a holiday at Gelina village. Read more

The hotel itself is nice, the lobby is clean, spacious and inviting but the general decor could do with some updating and some intensive cleaning - there were a lot of dead flies and bugs around the window areas. Given the amenities on site, I wouldn't call it 4 star. The accommodation we had did not match the photo's on the website we booked through. Amazing holidays! Without animation team it would be very quite but this team was exelente all shows all sports near the pool they was organizing wery well. They are the best !!! Hotel was huge but welcoming. Reception area really nice and plush, but the rest of the hotel seemed a bit more "tired" - this may have just been Greek charm and a rustic look, but for 5* I would have expected more.
The low point of the holiday - very basic. Not even a proper hairdryer provided. It didn't bother us too much as we were only there four nights. If we'd have been there for longer however, I would have been disappointed.
