Hotel Club Kadikale Beach

The reception staff very unfriendly and understood English. German not at all! For a five stars hotel I found the food very poor, little varied and English Dutch/Belgian taste or co-ordinated gastronomic culture. The area was very, very nice and well maintained. Handicapped and even good, since we a hundred % with handicapped had. Wonderful weather and water. Promenade, only three kilometer to turgutreis... On the way we also saw very nice beaches. But... For the price it is a good, friendly hotel, the staff & the waiters are constantly commited by the housekeeping staff, friendly and you could communicate very well German with them.! Read more

The best years of the hotel was already a bit back. The complex is very spacious but unfortunately not in the best condition. The staff is badly trained, no German knowledge, and unfriendly (only after a tip-Financial contribution, they were friendly) many British and Dutch as guests. The front desk was very bad at the front desk was a woman was very rude. For people who don't like stairs run the hotel is not suitable. Was better than expected, we just wanted to get away, a week somewhere, as quickly and as cheaply as possible, we had set a price ceiling and this hotel is out dated, thumbs up, was really not bad, the service was great, service was good and everything else was okay. Read more
