Nice hotel and friendly staff, especially at the front desk (Ali) and in the dining room; had expected a bit more of a hotel with a 98 % recommendation, my friend was in other magic life clubs and has made better experiences; It was my first time in a magic life club and I was unfortunately a bit disappointed, especially as my expectations were quite high, as the hotel has a recommendation of 98 %! This hotel is ideal for swimming and active vacation. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the whole area was very beautifully laid out. The rooms are big enough, there is a small TV with many channels. Bathroom and toilet were separated. The range of food and drink is very varied. The staff was friendly. The entertainment team was always very helpful and motivated, of course, the dancers and capoeiras from Brasil reveal special professionalism. The shower (which is integrated in to the bath) is good, and constant hot water BUT the actual facility is a pain, with a glass partition that doesn't work properly and a shower curtain (to try to fix the problem) that sticks to you.
