This hotel is run, very professional. All of the staff members were nice, friendly just like you would expect in this category. The breakfast is one of the best, which we have ever had-great. The hotel was certainly a great designer-it was not our taste. Too dark, too functional. Overall very recommendable. Not suitable for wellness. The sauna in tiny compared to the size of the house. A pool is not available, only a small room with good sports equipment. Read more

This was one of the best hotels, where we have ever stayed in. Friendliness, location, service of the highest standard. We were very satisfied and we will be back next year a couple of days, because we didn't see all on sights in Berlin have seen. It was our anniversary and we did not regret it, in Concord to stay. The hotel is situated in a great location for shopping and easily accessible to the city tour bus -- which we did as it was raining, good way to see the city and to pick and choose what you would like to see. - in November 09
