The hotel itself is a fantastic hotel. The facilities are second to none and the food is out of this world. All staff are very friendly and great with the children. The cleanliness is fabulous and all staff will do their upmost to accomodate you if they can. The resort however is very German orientated and the activities are pointed towards the german market. We did find that although the hotel loves kids, some areas are off limits but this is more from the attitude of the other guests as they are of the older age range.

We stayed in a seaview room that overlooked the pools and the sea, the hotel itself was in an excellent condition and could not be flawed in any way. Cleanliness was second to none - room cleaned and sheets changed everyday. In fact I think it is the only hotel I have ever stayed in that has had a pillow menu covering any type of pillow that you could ever need.
The all-inclusive was truly just this - including the mini bar and room service overnight when the reataurants are closed.

superb hotel very clean and tidy, rooms were really nice but not fancy, all pools were kept very clean, the food was fantastic loads to choose from the only fault was the booking system to book the a la carte restaurants but once in they were superb, the hotel caters for all ages, the night time entertainment was brilliant, there was plenty to do all day at the hotel for all ages and the beach was nice and clean too.

It was like having hydrotherapy treatment every morning Entertainment was varied and overall goodGardens and beach were good but we were there in December so pool was a bit cold ,but I am sure would be as good as the indoor pool in the summer.

The children's pool was a huge disappointment, very little in it aside two slides (non water pouring) and a drip mushroom in the center.
