Directly by the very beautiful and long sand beach with fine sand, this is very spacious with a very large pool area/sun terrace and separate wonderful designed children's pool area. We had booked a room with a direct view of the sea and were thrilled by the view of the pool/beach and the ocean himmelblaue. In this hotel you should have english on each case, although the reception spoke German but a waiter can unfortunately only english or Spanish there was a Philippine of I a little disappointed.
But the hotel is beautiful, and you can make beautiful holiday.
My boyfriend and I had a room booked with comfort plus sea view on the upper floors but unfortunately got a room on the third floor (the hotel has nine floors) from there was unfortunately not much from the sea watch.

The room are small and in need of renovation, above all the bathroom.
Safety deposit box is available but only against surcharge 30, this is very recommendable since the rooms to always again cash is stolen and almost every day in the house is the police.
The staff at the reception is overloaded, annoyed and speak no German.
The only good thing about this hotel is the food, the food was always very good and also the staff in this area is to much friendlier than in the rest of the hotel.

I was horrified to read some of these reviews but glad they were not there before booking or we would not have chosen it, however this hotel was excellent I would not hestitate to go back food was excellent with a large variety of different dishes for every taste always well presented constantly kept topped up, hot food kept hot and cold kept on cold servers three courses available every sitting breakfast very good also all the staff very friendly entertainment average some good but some average just what you would expect really. - in October 09
Overall our holiday was faultless, excellent hotel/location, perfect weather, our only complaint is we didn't book for 2 weeks instead of 1, but we now know for next time!

Normally we stay in a 4* hotel so was worried before we travelled due to this property being a 3* however I was very nicely surprised as to how good the hotel was, the maid service was perfect everyday the rooms were cleaned.

it has 12 floors but only 2 lifts which are tiny & only accomotate 4 people at a time so be prepared 2 wait if u do need 2 use the lifts.

Hotel bar etc - the only bar that was open for the duration of our stay was the pool bar, staff were friendly and you didnt wait long, but there is another bar inside the hotel which should have been open as the hotel was busy (infact it was so busy they had overbooked and guests that were turning up had no room and were being taken to other hotels.

Hotel situated only a couple of mins from the beach excellent blue flag beach very clean and well kept, pleanty of bars etc in the Port of Alcudia where were based and a long 20-25 min walk along the lovely beach front the new town and only a 15 min walk to old town or a good bus service if you want to take it easy. - in November 09

Plus factors about this hotel was the outside pool bar supplied lots to drink, the meal time food was great but would recommend going all inclusive as self catering will cost an arm and a leg :D The down side of the hotel is there are small lifts which can just about fit 2 small people plus two small cases-very crammed and the pool could of been bigger.

The pool area is quite small for the size of the hotel but as the season was comming 2 an end there was enough sunbeds for everyone but people who have been in the height of the season might have a different story.

On the down side, the pool is too small for the hotel and people (mainly brits) do put towels out and then do not use the sunbeds - very annoying and against hotel rules, but these were not enforced.
