Defective Kliema , room temperature well over 30 °C. Fridge broken or turned off. Bugs (Silverfish in the room and woodlouse!
Subsequent complaint these were rejected, since during the day of the inspection the bugs to be found not more! the air conditioning is included in offer not, therefore also no claim on function given.

Smooth check-in and check-out, good tips for excursions at the reception, etc., beautiful Christmas markets, a 72 hour ticket with we recommend you all the public. Transport costs about 18 Euro-can. The breakfast is buffet style-plentiful and good. The bathroom is small, for a weekend OK, only the elevator is ancient and for two persons with luggage to close. Otherwise is the hotel but for a city break in order, as it is conveniently and centrally located. Read more

The hotel has a super connection to the underground and S-Bahn network. Within a few minutes you is in the heart of the city. The hotel is newly renovated and is perfectly suitable for a short stay in vienna with a couple of nights.
Have we the hotel booked to a very reasonable price (117 euro per person for four nights including breakfast). Breakfast not very varied but OK. Read more
