from the outside this hotel is not nice to look at, but as soon as you enter the picture changes to positive. We had a night without breakfast booked.
the room was normal large. The furniture was still in good condition. The shower is very large. Also the washbasin and the mirror were very wide.
the staff at reception was very friendly.

The hotel was booked as part of round-NZ trip. It is a very large hotel, but everything was clean and well maintained. The rooms are ok. We had a nice view of the harbor. The hotel was centrally located at the City and only a few meters from the marina. There are plenty of places for the various menus.
