We had booked a Maisonett room with air conditioning. Unfortunately this was in the lower area of the room and there was no cool air on the two beds in upstairs. It was a pain in this sticky area. Little German-speaking staff - not always friendly- at the bars there were long waiting lines
Quality of the food was insufficient-you need not go hungry, but always the same food and not well presented (little for they eye). In the restaurants no waiters-atmosphere like in a cafeteria

Hillside hotel area with a very steep driveway or footpath to the individual houses. A shuttle bus is available. The grounds are kept very clean. The pool and the bar by the pool is the toilet area too small for the crowds. The entertainment was offered only in English and was a little poor.
