We spent a wonderfull week in this great hotel in Prag. Breakfeast wonderfull. Large rooms furnished nicely. Pool, Sauna, 2 restaurants. The metro right in front of the door! Minutes to the city center! The upmost quality of this hotel is it's overall great service and friendly staff. In any upcoming question we received immediate assistance in a very friendly way. It was a very pleasant stay. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. That begins already with the Mr, the US with the parking and the luggage helped. (spoke German and English). We have also around 11:30 checked in, although everywhere is, that only starting from 14:00 is.

the hotel lies directly on the metro, so perfect for excursions. Tickets were available at the concierge. These one should also definitely get, because it is very often controlled.

The service in the hotel is a only disaster. The following are excluded front desk and the café Praha. In the hotel 3 are restaurants offered. The first is only for breakfast, the other thai, and the third is' the ' is in the casino integrated for VIP poker and there is food. Unfortunately, you mentioned previously.

a beautiful hotel, clean rooms, everything available, but not everything worked. For example the fan in the bath was broken or not availablewe have it over Tchibo as a wellness hotel booked, it was not. But as business hotel or for city breaks wonderfulthe garage costs 27 EU per day, that we find something very steep.

I booked an executive room and I was delighted with the extra service for the small extra cost: free wifi, free access to the spa, free drinks at the executive floor including a happy hour between 5 and 7 pm. - in March 10

The hotel can be highly recommened to everybody for kindness of the staff, perfect location, underground station is just beside the hotel and so near the centre of Prague, pool on the 26 th floor is great, water 27 C, very relaxing, tasteful breakfast.
